This is the shore anglers choice rod, its extra length is very handy when negotiating boulders and weed. It works all lures perfectly even at great distance, and will bring your lure to life with only the slightest of twitches of the wrist. Designed for fishing along Frances rough Brittany coastline this rod will bring your bass to heel at the same time as feeling like a quality piece of kit. As I always say, although these rods are built very well, please take care of them, they are precision bits of kit and respect is due. As for the technical bits of info, they are made from 40 Tonne Borron carbon (?) and fitted with 9 Fuji Titanium SIC guides, the last 5 of them being Low Rider eyes that hug the blank to improve the action of the rod. The first eye is high and positioned in the perfect place where the coils of line from the reel hit to reduce the friction of line through it. Fitted with Fuji reelseat and high density foam this rod is the rod for the general shore angler that needs a casting range of 14-42g.
